 Chocolate Cherry Bars

Serves 16 large bars or 32 small bars

Ingredients

1/2 cup white chocolate chips

1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup dried cherries

1 pkg. (16.5 oz.) refrigerated sugar cookie dough

Directions

Heat oven to 350F degrees. Spray 8 inch pan with cooking spray. Knead the dough slightly to soften.  Mix in cherries, white chocolate chips, and semisweet chocolate chips. Press mixture into pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until set and top is golden. Cool and cut into 16 large squares or cut each bar in half on the diagonal for 32 small bars.  Store tightly covered at room temperature.
